Van elke lijn is er maar 1 op voorraad, ik maak unieke hondenlijnen zodat er geen twee dezelfde zijn. Deze lichte lijnen zijn speciaal ontworpen om hondenriemen en -halsbanden mee te vervaardigen. Met een fijn geweven mantel en een soepele binnenkern zijn ze van premium kwaliteit. Deze flexibele hondenriemen zijn verkrijgbaar in 8mm en 10 mm en zijn én sterk én soepel. Het materiaal is gemaakt van Polypropyleen en heeft een (OEKO-TEX®) label. Dat betekent dat de lijn niet giftig is en veilig is voor mens en dier! Lijnen gemaakt van PPM worden ook zeer gewaardeerd vanwege hun lage gewicht en weersbestendigheid.

1. Kun je hiermee handsfree wandelen? Nee (kies daarvoor de handsfree lijn)
2. Komt de kleur precies overeen met de foto? Nee, nooit helemaal exact. Dat is niet te doen, omdat het afhangt van hoe jij je computer of telefoon hebt ingesteld.
3. Van welk materiaal is deze hondenriem gemaakt? Van Polypropyleen met (OEKO-TEX®) label. Dat betekent dat de lijn niet giftig is en veilig is voor mens en dier.
4. Hoe maak je deze riem schoon? Veeg het ergste vuil van de lijn met je handen of een borsteltje. Spoel de halsband af met wat water maar als het hierdoor niet schoon genoeg wordt kun je wat afwasmiddel gebruiken. Boen goed met je vingers of borsteltje over de draden van de lijn. Zo verwijder je al het vuil ook tussen de draden. Spoel de lijn zorgvuldig af zodat er geen zeep of vuil resten achterblijven. Laat de lijn goed drogen.
5. Wat is de levertijd van deze lijn? Zodra je bestelling binnen is en de betaling afgerond pak ik de riem in en doen we het met Track en Trace op de bus. Het past door je brievenbus.
6. Wat zijn de verzendkosten? De verzendkosten voor bestellingen onder de 89 euro binnen Nederland zijn 4,15 euro. Naar andere Europese landen zijn de verzendkosten 11,95 euro.
7. Kan ik de lijn retourneren? Alle lijnen, riemen, halsbanden en/of lange lijnen worden speciaal voor jouw en je hond gemaakt. Het is maatwerk en zijn daarom uitgezonderd van het herroepingsrecht (zoals omschreven in onze voorwaarden). Ze kunnen daarom niet retour gestuurd worden.
8. Let op! Deze lijn geeft hetzelfde gevoel en uitstraling als een klimtouw, maar het er niet geschikt voor. Gebruik dit touw niet als een veiligheidslijn.

2. Does the colour exactly match the photo? No, never entirely. Achieving an exact match depends on how you've set up your computer or phone.
3. What material is this dog lead made from? Polypropylene with an (OEKO-TEX®) label. This means the line is non-toxic and safe for humans and animals.
4. How do you clean this lead? Wipe off the worst dirt with your hands or a brush. Rinse the lead with water, but if it's not clean enough, you can use some dish soap. Scrub well with your fingers or a brush over the threads of the line. This will remove all dirt, even between the threads. Rinse the line thoroughly to ensure no soap or dirt residues remain. Let the line dry well.
5. What is the delivery time for this line? Once your order is received, and payment is completed, I'll pack the lead and send it on its way with Track and Trace. It fits through your letterbox.
6. What are the shipping costs? The shipping costs for orders under 89 euros within the Netherlands are 4.15 euros. To other European countries, the shipping costs are 11.95 euros.
7. Can I return the lead? All lines, leads, collars, and/or long lines are specially made for you and your dog. They are custom-made and, therefore, exempt from the right of withdrawal (as described in our terms and conditions). They cannot be returned.
8. Note! While this line provides the same feel and appearance as a climbing rope, it is not suitable for such use. Do not use this rope as a safety line.
